“Redy, Set, Sold!” Giveaway

1. Sponsor

   • The “Redy, Set, Sold!” Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Redy (“Sponsor”) located at 2549 Eastbluff drive, Newport Beach, CA, 92660, USA. Sponsor is responsible for the overall administration of the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

   • Open to: Legal residents of the State of Georgia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who own a home in the Atlanta metro area.

   • Additional Requirement: Homeowners must intend to sell their property within the next 12 months.

   • Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway.

3. How to Enter

   • No Purchase Necessary. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

   • Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on April 8, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Entry Period”).

   • Entry Method: During the Entry Period, visit [Sponsor’s Website/Landing Page], fill out the official entry form, and submit all required fields. To complete entry, comment on any Redy Giveaway Instagram post with the room you'd like to refresh, and tag three friends

   • Limit: One (1) entry per household during the Entry Period. Any attempt by an entrant to submit more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods may void all of that entrant’s entries.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

   • One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor (or its authorized representative) from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

   • The random drawing will take place on or about May 1, 2025. The Sponsor will announce the winner on May 8, 2025, and will contact the potential winner via the email address and/or phone number provided on the entry form.

   • The potential winner must respond to the prize notification within 72 hours to claim their prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours, or fails to return any required documents within the specified time period, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

   • Grand Prize: One (1) check in the amount of $10,000 to be used for home repairs, upgrades, or renovations.

   • ARV: $10,000.

   • No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs not specifically provided for in these Official Rules, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Requirements

   • Prior to awarding the prize, Sponsor may require the potential winner to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, unless prohibited by law.

   • The winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to document (in video, photo, or written format) and share the renovation process and final home sale journey for promotional purposes.

7. Odds of Winning

   • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Conditions of Participation

   • By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

   • Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

9. Publicity

   • Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

10. Limitation of Liability

    • By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its advertising or promotion agencies, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and assigns, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, and employees, from and against any and all claims or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.

11. Disputes

    • Except where prohibited by law, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Atlanta, Georgia.

    • All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

12. Privacy

    • Any personal information collected during entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy

13. Winner’s List

    • To request a list of the winner (available approximately 30 days after the Entry Period ends), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Redy, 2549 Eastbluff drive, Newport Beach, CA, 92660 ATTN: “Redy, Set, Sold!” Winner’s List.
